Annie Opal Britt, the daughter of the late Jessie and Barcie Cooper Cox, was born December 16, 1916 at Eldon, Missouri. She entered into eternal rest April 20, 1999at the age of 82 years of age. The day of her services was the 62nd wedding anniversary of her and Benny.
She recieved her education in the schools of Chriton County, Missouri and on April 24, 1937 was married to Benny Melvin Britt who proceded her in death on June 8, 1958.
Mrs Britt was a Certifed Nurses Aide and had worked at the West Plians Memorial Hospital and later moved to Springfield where she worked at a nursing home. Mrs Britt was a quilter and enjoyed reading.
She is survived by 3 children, Betty and her husband Kenneth, Melvin and his wife Patricia and Michael and his wife Panchita, 11 Grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 1 sisiter, Furl and several Nieces and Nephews.
