Evelyn McClellan Baldwin Smith, 60, of Vine Grove, formerly of Louisville, died Tuesday at Jewish Hospital.Survivors: her husband, Owen H. Smith; three sons, James O. Smith of Laconia, Ind., Ellis K. and David O. Smith; a daughter, Brenda A. Meeks of Vine Grove; two brothers, Delmar Baldwin of Campbellsville and Leonard Baldwin of Chicago; five sisters, Mary Lee and Audrey White, both of Elizabethtown, Lorene Gaddis, Marie Gaddis and Bertha Eastridge; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Friday, W. G. Hardy Shively Funeral Home, 4101 Dixie Highway, with burial in Garnettsville Cemetery. Visitation from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.
