STARKVILLE - Shirley Ann Gregg Mitchell, 56, died Aug. 5, 2003, at Oktibbeha County Hospital. Services are Saturday at 3 p.m. at Welch Funeral Home Chapel in Starkville. Burial will be in the Oktibbeha Memorial Park. Mrs. Mitchell was of the Baptist faith. She was a manager in the ladies wear department of Wal-Mart until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lane Gregg.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Mitchell of Starkville; daughter, Renee' Collins Tyree of Clallam Bay, Wash.; son, Richard Kyle Collins of New Mexico and Jonathan Ratliff of Starkville; sister, Sarah Ann King of Starkville; and one grandson.
