Ephriam T. Morton, 77, passed away Monday
at his home in Irving, Kansas.
Mr. Morton was born in Linn County, Kansas
and came to Marshall County several years
ago, after living in Kansas City, Missouri for
thirty-six years, where he served on the police
force.
He is survived by his wife and five children,
Billy Mae Robinson, Perry, Kansas; Jack
Morton who is in the army stationed in Alaska
Phyllis, Betty and Tommy of the home; three
brothers, George Morton, Topeka, Kansas,
Perry Morton, Bigelow, Kansas and Nash
Morton, San Diego, California; also a number
of nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Methodist Church in
Bigelow, Kansas.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist
Church in Bigelow, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. with
Reverend Robert Williams officiating.
Burial was in the family plot in Antioch
Cemetery, southwest of Frankfort, Kansas.
