Mr. Rushin was born Feb. 9, 1928, in Nocona, Texas. He lived in Tillman County, Okla., for 15 years and drove a truck for 40 years.
Survivors include five sons, Jearl Wyan, Ronald Dewayne and Gary Lee, all of Davidson, David of Wichita Falls and David of Ennis, Texas; three daughters, Velma Marie, Christina Marie and Mary Lee Ragan, all of Ennis; four brothers, Elbert of Davidson, Eddie of Wilberton, Okla., Archie of Ravia, Okla., and Billy of Frederick; three sisters, Pauline Cobb and Melva Miller, both of Davidson, and Nancy Villareal of Oklaunion, Texas; and six grandchildren.
