Virginia D. (Dieter) Hallman Geunes Reinbold, 89, of Pottstown, died October 22, 2012 at Reading Hospital. She was the widow of Staff Sgt. Sherwood Hallman, Congressional Medal of Honor recipient and also Paul J. Geunes and Harvey Reinbold. Daughter of the late Henry and Genevieve (Dollard) Dieter, she worked as a bookkeeper for Harry Rinker Antiques, Plummer Precision Optics and Ludwick Motors and with husband, Paul owned Geunes Cut Rate Store in Spring City. She was a dignitary celebrating the 50th Anniversary of D-Day in France and authored a book in memory of her late husband, Sherwood and was a proud member of DAR.
