She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 23 years, Benjamin Cornwell who died April 30, 1971; 2 daughters, Betty Mae Gwinn-Dowler and Ellen Marie Gwinn; 4 step-sons, Robert Cornwell, Donald Cornwell, Richard Cornwell, and Neal Cornwell; 7 brothers, Byron "Milt" Hahn, William Hahn, Hillard Hahn, Melvin "Dutch" Hahn, Ronald Hahn, Robert Hahn, and Sylvester Hahn; 3 sisters, Louise Dowler, Eva Hahn, and Mabel Mead; and a great-grandson, Jacob Dowler.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home in Elwood with Chaplain Rob Mifflin of Community Hospice officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in the Elwood City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Morrisett Center Food Pantry through the funeral home.
