American cook and food writer. She was the daughter of Ira Eli Stanley and Mary M E Breazeal. She married Samuel Rice Dull of Virginia on June 15, 1887. She was the author of the 1928 book, Southern Cooking, in which she compiled 1,300 recipes. She published several new recipes and revisions in the 1941 edition. Starting in 1920, and assisted by a young Margaret Mitchell, she wrote a weekly column named "Mrs. Dull's Cooking Lessons" for the Atlanta Journal, which was published until 1945. She built a successful catering business and was hired by Atlanta Gas Light and White Lily Flour to endorse and demonstrate their products. She was inducted into the Georgia Women of Achievement Hall of Fame in 2013.
