Mrs. Frank Gould returned home this week after attending the funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. James E. Wright, formerly of Coahoma, which were held Tuesday, November 7, at Dunn in Scurry county. Mr. Wright was Mrs. Gould's brother.

Mr. and Mrs. Wright were killed in an automobile-train accident at Hansford, Washington, last October 31. Their bodies arrived at Snyder on Monday night of last week.

Mrs. Wright was the former Miss Susie Johnson of Scurry county. Mr. Wright was employed by the Sinclair-Prairie Oil Company at Coahoma before entering defense work.

Surviving Mrs. Wright are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Johnson of Dunn; three brothers, Albert Johnson of Big Spring, Francis Johnson of Dallas and Marcus Johnson of the U.S. Navy; three sisters, Mrs. Cutler Robbins of Roswell, New Mexico, Mrs. Fred Cotton of Dunn, and Mrs. W.A. Hunter of Coahoma.

Mr. Wright is survived by five sisters, Mrs. N.W. Gandy of Eustace, Mrs. Frank Gould of Athens, Mrs. C. H. Reynolds of Crowell, Mrs. L. J. Stokes of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Miss Elizabeth Wright of Fort Worth; one brother, Raymond Wright of Fort Worth, and one half-brother, Chester Wright of Kemp. All attended the funeral services.
