MUSCATINE, Iowa—Jeanette ‘Jeanie' Beason, 50, died on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, while on vacation.
Reverend Mary Frieden will officiate. Honorary bearers will be Matthew Frieden, Aaron Frieden, David Frieden, and Chad Anderson. Casket bearers will be Joshua Beason, Joseph Beason, Danny Chick Jr., Jeremy Williams, Jamie Frieden, and Mike Frieden.

Jeanie was born on Feb. 4, 1962, in Muscatine, the daughter of Floyd and Frances Miller Frieden. She married Patrick Beason on July 24, 1982, at the First Christian Church in Muscatine.
She grew up on a farm in Rock Island County and she graduated from Rockridge High School, class of 1980. She participated in FHA and in the marching band. She graduated from Muscatine Community College in 1981 with an Associates Secretarial Degree.
She worked as a secretary at Grain Processing Corporation in the Engineering Department.
She was a member of the First Christian Church.
She loved to cook, doing scrapbooking, taking pictures, and being with her grandchild. She truly enjoyed their yearly trips to Michigan to pick blueberries and to Wisconsin for apples and cheese.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Patrick Beason; two sons, Joshua Patrick Beason and wife, Andrea, and their son, Hunter Patrick Beason, and Joseph Floyd Beason; one daughter, Jessica Lyn Beason; three brothers, Donald Frieden, John Frieden, and Jim Frieden; and two sisters, Donna Anderson and Mary Frieden.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Doris, and Frances Louise and Janice Lynne, in infancy; and one brother, Ronald
