Son of Melrose I. and Bertha F. Booth. Survived by sisters Miss Helen L. Booth (NY, NY) and Mrs. W. Bradford Wiley (Summit, NJ), and brother Clement W. Booth (Southold, NY).

Graduated Southold High School, Dartmouth College (1930) and New York University Law School.

Interment in the family plot at Willow Hill Cemetery.
