The funeral service, celebrating the life of Suzanne Habas, age 98 of Holdingford formerly of Bowlus will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, January 11 at the Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home in Holdingford. Father Nathan Kroll will officiate, burial will be in the Russian Orthodox cemetery in Elmdale. Suzanne died Saturday at the River Birch Assisted Living in Holdingford. There will be a visitation from 4-8:00 PM Tuesday and again after 9:30 AM Wednesday at the Miller-Carlin- Brenny Funeral Home in Holdingford.
Suzanne was born January 21, 1907 in Braddock Pennsylvania to Andrew and Anna (Brejda) Kuzma. She married George Habas on May 19, 1946 in Holdingford. The couple farmed in Holdingford until retiring to Bowlus in 1975.
Suzanne is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, and is preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Habas in 1980, brother, John Kuzma and one sister, Annie Kuzma.
