Leon Joseph " Bo " Carter lll, 50 of Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was born September 21, 1962 to Leon Joseph Carter Jr. and Frankie Ware in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was a graduate of Broxton High School with the class of 1980. He attended USAO in Chickasha where he received a Associates Degree in Art. He received his Realtor License, his CMA Degree and had worked in the Silver Crest Nursing Home in Anadarko, the nursing home at Cyril and Chickasha. He was very talented and had a great sense of humor. He attended several of the Baptist Churches in Anadarko. He never met a stranger. He especially loved his dog's, "Dottie Knoxville", "Angus", "Butters" and "Steven" and his cat, "Mittens". He will be greatly missed by his devoted friend, Dave Hawks and all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Frankie Ware, two sisters, Lenora Parton and Laurie Carter, adopted sisters, Lisa Longhat, Connie Hudson, Alex Kaulity and Deloris Woosypitti, adopted brothers, Eddie Two-Clouds, Adam Gainey and Terrell Anquoe,uncle, Tom Ware, aunts, Marie Ware, Clarissa Shaw, Jean Yeapau and Pat Carter Files, two nieces, Lori Boss and husband, Richard and Benni LaRue Carter, nephews, Phillip Roybal, Sean Lee Carter and Miko Nix, numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Leon Joseph Carter Jr., one brother, Donald "Chip" Oyebi and one sister, Bobbi Carter.

There will an all night wake service Friday, beginning at 7:00 P. M., October 26, 2012. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A. M. on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Wares Chapel. Rev. Marvin Delaware officiating. Burial will follow in Ware Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
