SAMUEL ROBINSON (Capt. Jonathan, Isaac, Joseph?, Corpl. Joseph ?)succeeded his father as tavern keeper at No. 55 about 1819, which he ran until 1842 when Elijah Holbrook, his son-in-law took over the business.He was captain in the militia, selectman 12 years, treasurer 1833-34 and represented the town in the General Court, 1829, 30, was also postmaster in S. a short time.
