Effie B. Clark was a twin to Eddie C. Clark, her brother. They were born Dec 27, 1875 to George Turner Clark (1848–1928) and Elizabeth Caroline "Carrie" Wilson Clark (1850–1911).
On Feb 5, 1903 she was married to Warren C Raub (1855–1917).
Sadly, their life together was short. Effie died on the 10th of January, 1910. She rests somewhere in this disbanded cemetery..but she is not forgotten.
