Wisconsin Death Records Index lists her as "Helyn Katherine Palkki", and not "Hilja Katariina Palkki". The Death Index also lists her birth date as "April 21, 1921", rather than "May 21, 1921" as was recorded in the Palkki Family Bible (whereabouts of which is unknown at this time). All death information, however, is consistent with the family Bible record. Hilja's birth record has not yet been located.
