Msgr. Peter Lorsung officiated, and burial was in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Bowlus. Funeral arrangements were made by Schad Funeral Home, Grey Eagle.
Mr. Heisick was born March 24, 1909, in Bowlus to John and Helen (Chuba) Heisick. He married Julia Kimmes on June 29, 1947, in Minneapolis. He was a resident of Minneapolis for many years and employed at Honeywell Inc. as a tool and die maker, retiring in 1972. He has lived at Little Birch Lake for the past four years and was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Ward Springs.
Survivors include his wife; daughter, Mrs. Vito (Janice) Marinelli, Richfield; mother, Bowlus; brother and sister, Damon, Florida; and Mrs. Leon (Irene) Jackson, Castro Valley, Calif; four grandchhildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lyle Carlson, Donald Swartz, John Spaeth, George Kallberg, Harlan Harstad and Neil Heisick.
