Obie G. Womble, 80, of Hughes (Saint Francis County), died Saturday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital at West Memphis.
He was a retired employee of Southern Bag Corp. at Yazoo City, Miss.
He was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church at Yazoo City, then moved to the First United Pentecostal Church at West Memphis.
Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Rushing of Jackson, Miss.; a son, Glenn Womble of Hughes; a sister, Mae Baker of Malvern; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
