Although a marker for William Todd was placed in the plot beside his wife Caroline P Todd, the body of William is not there. According to three older cousins I met who lived at the time in Evans County, William was buried in another cemetery these men (in their 60s at least at the time) use to tend as little boys. According to the cousins, who took me to a freshly plowed field, the cemetery was on land purchased by a large company in the 1950s. And, the cemetery was plowed under. These cousins walked out into the field and stood about where the cemetery had been. I hope this information does not get lost over time. I believe this meeting with the cousins to place in the late 1990s. One of the cousins I met was a member of the Antioch congregation.
