Sister Angela Marie, 64, of Holy Family Convent, died Saturday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be at 9 am Tuesday at the Convent, the Rev. Ronald Kirk O.Praem officiating. Burial will be in the convent cemetery.
Sister Angela Marie, the former Ida Schneider, was born July 9, 1902 at Brillion, daughter of the late Sylvester and Anna Peischel Schneider. She entered the convent Aug. 24, 1919 and professed her vows Aug. 15, 1922. She had been teaching at St. Mary School, Reedsville from 1961-65 when ill health forced her to leave the post.
Survivors include four brothers, William of Brillion, Michael and Eric of Milwaukee and Peter of Houston, Texas and a sister, Mrs. Joseph Schneider, Forest Junction.
Friends may call at the convent for 2 to 9 pm Monday. Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc is in charge of funeral arrangements.
