She was living with her daughter Alisa in apt.#16 at 4852 West Avenue L10, 50th St W, Quartz Hill, CA 93536 (which is in northern Los Angeles County) and her most recent employment was as a "bookkeeper" for a "messenger" service. This had been her occupation for around 25 years. She died of heart failure at the West Valley Healthcare Center in West Hills, CA.
