Mrs. Anderson was born in Clarke County on December 4, 1938, to Bennie and Pauline Willoughby Clark. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, in Eatonton, and retired from the Putnam County Board of Education, where she drove a school bus for 33 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles J. Anderson; and two brothers: Dorsey and Dalton Clark.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Anderson and Martha Ann, and grandson, Jonathan Anderson, all of Eatonton.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens
