Dennis Elwood Egnor, son of the late Roy Egnor and Florence Dobson, who survives, was born 13 Mar 1935 in W. Va. and departed this life at 5 am Fri. 13 Nov 1981 at the Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. He was 46 years, and 8 months of age. Mr. Egnor had made a profession of faith in Christ.

He is survived, also by his wife, Brenda Sue Pettit Egnor; a daughter Donna Denice Lobb, Greensburg; 3 sisters and 1 half-brother: Joice Simatel, Ill; Sue Ryan, W. Va; Jan Oshelle, Ill; Terry Dobson, W. Va; and his step-father, Ruben Dobson. Mr. Egnor is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. His first wife, Margie Moran Egnor, preceded him in death Jan 1974.

The remains were at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home where funeral services were conducted at 2 pm Sun 15 Nov 1981 with burial in the Oak Grove Cem. The Revs. Mickey Pruitt and Ronda Arnett officiated. Pallbearers were: Scottie Davis, John Lorenz, Hausley VanArsdale, Bill Collins, Ray Davenport and Jerry Arnett.
