Gracie Trimble, 64, of Springfield, Ohio, died Saturday, June 6, 1998 at Community Hospital. Mrs. Trimble was born May 26, 1934, in Morgan County, to the late Grover and Ida Rowland Burchett. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Trimble; one stepson, Daniel Trimble; two sisters, Edna King and Gillie Burchett; and three brothers, Buford, Lindsey and Homer Burchett. Surviving are three sons, Bud Trimble of Urbana, Ohio, and Tony and Joe Trimble, both of Springfield; four daughters, Shirley Hall of Troy, Ohio, Darcus Manion of South Charleston, Ohio, Ida Burkhard of South Vienna, Ohio, and Amy Trimble of Springfield; two stepchildren, Larry Trimble of Bloomville, Ohio, and Naomi Babb of Olean, New York; two sisters, Sally Barker of Ezel and Ruie Davis of Paintsville; and several grand children and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held today, June 10, at Jones-Kenney Zechman Funeral Home of Springfield. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
