OBITUARY - The Barnesboro Star - 15 Feb 1973 - "Local Woman Leaves 116 Descendants. Mrs. Catherine DAISLEY, 77, of Barnesboro, died Thursday of last week at Miners Hospital. She is survived by 116 descendants - 12 children, 51 grandchildren, and 53 great-grandchildren. She was born April 2, 1895 in Clearfield, a daughter of Thomas A. and Jeanette (MITCHEL) DUCKETT. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bine, who died in 1962; and four children . . . . She was a sister of Mrs. Janet LENNOX, Clearfield. Funeral services were held Sunday at the James J. Long Funeral Home, Barnesboro, by the Rev. Richard SNYDER and the Rev. Zene FLEMING. Interment was in the Thompson Cemetery, Glen Richey."
