Nettie Sinclair, 98, of Bellingham, died on December 26, 2011. She lived a healthy, independent life until suffering a fall in late November this year.
Nettie was born in Crawford, CO, in 1913.
She and her husband Glenn ran a business and raised their 3 sons in nearby Paonia, CO, for many years. In about 1964, they moved to the Toledo-Newport, OR, area. In 1999, Nettie moved to Bellingham to be near family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers, a sister and two of her three sons.
Nettie is survived by her son and his wife, Leon and Delma Sinclair; four grandchildren, Faye Miller, Larry Sinclair, Sunita Sinclair and Sheila MacCabiao; and one great-grandchild, Crystal VanderYacht.
A memorial for Nettie will be held at The Firs, 4605 Cable St., Bellingham, 1 pm on Thursday, the 5th of Jan. 2012. A graveside service will be in Paonia, CO, in the spring.
