HUTCHISON DALLAS HUTCHISON "Porter" On April 29, 2010 peacefully with his family by his side at Fairfax Hospital.

He was born on July 23, 1927 to the late Dallas Page and Ethel Nickell Hutchison. He was the brother of the late Lewis N. and Wilmer W. Hutchison and Bina Ruth Hutchison Brown Follin.

He was a lifelong resident of Chantilly and retired from the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department where he was the first paid fireman at the Chantilly Fire Station. He was a charter member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Herndon, VA and the Chantilly Lions Club. In 1996, he co-authored "Voices of Chantilly", a recollection of stories by witnesses that shaped this once rural farming community.

Dallas is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Elizabeth "Libby"; sons, Michael (Vicki) and Richard (Sheila) and daughter Debbie. He was a beloved grandfather to Dallas Page and M. Tyler Hutchison.

Family will receive friends on Monday, May 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at ADAMS-GREEN Funeral Home, 721 Elden St. Herndon, VA. Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 651 Dranesville Rd., Herndon, VA 20170.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Trinity Presbyterian or to the Retired Fairfax County Fire Fighters Fund, P.O. Box 2301 Fairfax, VA 22031
