Irene married David Melvin Jeffcoat on January 2, 1852 in Montgomery, Alabama.

2. Sarah Isabelle Jeffcoat (1854~1941) m Francis "Frank" Asberry Jackson

**Cause of Death: Died at home as a result of a Chicken Coop Fire. Her daughter Mary Ann was badly burned and was said to have bad scares left on her back as a result of the fire.
