Judy died Saturday July 28, 2012 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Richmond to Kenneth and Margaret (Mosey) Webb and lived in Richmond all her life.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Mary's Church.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years Art, four children John A Bell, Angela C. Reed, Juliana M. Todd, and Michael A. Bell of Richmond, several grand children; two brothers Jim Webb of Orange, California and Joe Webb of Richmond, one sister Susan Nugent of Richmond, nieces and nephews.
