He is survived by his 2 loving sons, Glen Edward (Joanne) Fuller and Robert Dale Fuller both of Highland;
6 dear grandchildren: Nicole, Melissa, Robert and Marc Fuller all of Highland and Tyler and Allyssa Fuller of Crown Point;
numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Imodene Fuller (nee, Reedy); parents, Clarence and Alice Fuller;
3 sisters: Myrna (Carl) Shultz, Shirley (Charles) Blackman and Maryalice (Fred) Blackman.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Bocken Funeral Home, 7042 Kennedy Avenue, Hammond (Hessville) with Pastor Dan Obinger officiating. Burial followed at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville.
Gerry has lived in the Calumet Region for the past 92 years and retired from Inland Steel after 20 years service in the Power AC Station. Gerry has been a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1960. He was a proud WWII U.S. Army veteran who served in the Rhineland and Central Europe Campaigns. Gerry enjoyed refinishing furniture in his spare time as well as traveling and fishing. He was a die-hard Chicago Cub's and Bears fan. Gerry was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.
