On April 14, 1891, the pastor had a pretty wedding. The bride was Miss Clara E. Neiman and the young man who became her husband was Jacob E. Able.

Now he is in the grave and she is a widow but they were faithful to each other and had a happy home until his death that the part this separation took place very suddenly in Reading, Nov. 19, his age at that time being 39 years 6 months and 20 days. He was buried at Manchester on the 22nd amidst a large concourse of people, relatives and friends, who were made sorrowful by his early departure. He was a popular man. His aging mother, nine brothers and sisters, his young widow and his two children deeply feel their loss. The Lord help them to find consolation in his word and in prayer at the mercy-seat. His widow and children will ever find sympathizing friends in the old hom
