The deceased was well advanced in years, and for some time had been in a feeble condition. Years ago Mr. Boyer conducted the cooperate business at the foot of Wolfe street, and later was in the employ of the city as a paver. He was married twice, his second wife surviving him. He leaves a number of children and grandchildren. Mr. Boyer was a good citizen, being of a mild-mannered and kind disposition, and had been a member of church the greater portion of his life.
