Daniel Noble, an esteemed comrade, died at his home in Clintonville, Waupaca, Wis. April 16, 1896. He enlisted October 4, 1864 and was mustered out June 13, 1865. The cause of his death is attributed to a bayonet wound in the abdomen which he received at the battle of Nashville.
