Mr. Albro was a good man who lived to serve others. He served proudly in the U.S. Army where he spent time in Italy and Sicily until 1945. Following his years of military service he returned to Oklahoma where he served in law enforcement in Miami and Jay, Oklahoma. In 1966, Mr. Albro became one of the first Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) agents and retired from the OSBI in 1984 after 18 years of service.
He is survived by daughter, Wanda Albro Cobb, two granddaughters, Carey Cobb Calvert and Kay Cobb Kittleman, 5 great grandchildren, brother W.H. Albro, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Wilma Albro in 1974. He was then married to Aleene Kay Albro for 24 years before her death in 1996.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, October 13th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice or First Baptist Church, Jay, Oklahoma.
