Rosemary J. Drescher, 72, of Bloomington, went to be with her Lord and parents Friday, July 6, 2012.
She was born on Valentine's Day in 1940 to Andrew and Alta May Rogers in Bloomington.
Rosemary worked in her early years for Cook Inc. in Bloomington and then later in life as a nursing coordinator for Bloomington Hospital. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She will be sadly missed by those she leaves behind. They include her son Steven Reeves and his wife Julia of Solsberry; son Joseph Reeves and his wife Pam of Heltonville; son James Reeves of Bloomington; daughter Lisa Waters and her husband Jeff of Solsberry; daughter Amy Gaither and her husband David of Bedford; grandchildren Kristi Jo Shields, Jodie Lynn Reeves, Eric Steven Reeves, Courtney Waters, Jennifer Waters, David James Gaither; and great-grandchildren Kage and Kora Waters. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nancy Rogers.
Funeral services for Rosemary will be Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Allen Funeral Home, 4155 South Old Highway 37. Burial will follow in the Allen's Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be the same day, Tuesday, July 10, 2012, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m., also at Allen Funeral Home.
