Lillian died at a Shreveport sanitarium Wed following an illness of about two months. Funeral held Fri & interment was in Forest Park Cemetery, Shreveport, with Rev. E. L. Stagg, Bossier City Baptist officiating.
Before & at the time of her marriage, she resided in Winnfield with her parents. About 20 yrs ago they moved to Shreveport where they have made their home. She was prominent in Eastern Star circles of her home & city, & the entire state, which organization conducted the final rites at the grave with officials of the Cedar Grove Chapter No. 135 in charge. At the time of her death she was Past Matron and Secretary of the Cedar Grove Chapter and also Past Matron of the LA Relief Chapter of the O. E. S.
