She married Christian Hoffman from a neighboring farm just south of St. Benedict and they had eight children.
She married Christ Hoffman on January 20th, 1883 at St. Benedict after which they resided on a farm at St. Benedict for two years after which they resided in Jordan for one year and then they moved to Ottertail County where they remained for five years and for two years afterward they lived in Wright County and in 1893 they returned to Jordan.
In May of 1887 she was confined at St. Peter's State Hospital for the insane where she remained until she died of Typhoid Fever on Aug 6th, 1900.
Here grave stone shows her date of death as July 7th 1900 which is is contrary to the hospital record and her obituary.
