Funeral services for Ruby Inez Bell Haynes, 78, of Tampa, Florida, formerly of Oxford, AL, will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012, 2 p.m. at Blue Eye Baptist Church in Lincoln, AL. The Rev. Thomas Moates and the Rev. Johnny Roberson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home. Mrs. Haynes died on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Survivors include her son, Jeff Haynes; brother, Boyd Bell; sister-in-law, Louise Bell. Mrs. Haynes was the former owner of Inez's Beauty Salon for 44 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Gerald Haynes. Miller Funeral Home .
