GEORGE TALBOT TAKEN BY DEATH Salvation Army Worker, Was Former Resident of Cambridge. 56 Cambridge. Feb. 17. word was received In Cambridge of the death during the weekend of George F. Talbot. 56. a brigadier In the Salvation army, which occurred In a hospital in St. Louis after he under went an operation. Born In Scandia. Kas., Dec 22, 1879. he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Talbot. He came to Cambridge In 1894. and on Nov. 6, 1902, he was married to Vannette Johnson of Cambridge In Sheboygan, Wis. (see above) .He was a member of the Masonic blue lodge of Calva. the chapter of Elgin and the consistory of Oak land. Cat Since 1898 he was a member of the Salvation army. Surviving are the widow, two daughters. Mrs. Ernest Knight of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Everett Davis of Wichita. Kas, his mother, Mrs. W. A. Talbot, of Cambridge and five brothers.
