Services for Louise East Winegar will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Sherrell, Wilson, Mangham Funeral Home with burial in Jackson City Cemetery. Winegar, 64, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Richard Winegar; daughter, Janice C. Cochran of Jackson; mother, Ruby East of Jackson; brothers and sisters, Henry East, William East, Gene East and Sue Pope, all of Jackson, Ann Hammonds of Winder, Sarah Buckland of Covington, Jesse East of College Park, Frank East of Conyers, Jerry East of Macon and Roy East of Jonesboro, Ark.
