Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late McBride Couturier and Carrie Aiken Robertson. She attended private schools in Columbia and the College of Women of Columbia and was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She had served as playground director with the Columbia Parks and Recreation Department and had worked with the Red Cross Home Service.
Surviving is a sister, Miss Minna B. Robertson of Hendersonville, N. C.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Elmwood Cemetery, conducted by the Very Rev. John E. Banks Jr.
Pallbearers will be W. Brantley and A. Elliott Cox, Warren, Darby, Charles Eggleston, Jimmy Haynes, Thomas K. and Stuart B. Legare and Alex Macauley.
