Mrs. Blevins was born June 18, 1946, the daughter of Ernest and Lizzie Ellis Bateman. Cheryl was a native of Guilford County and a homemaker. She was a hard worker and loyal friend.
In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by brothers, Jack and James Bateman; and sister, Bernice (Peggy) Baker.
