Daughter of Eugene and Grace (Reed) Fouke. Survived by children, Darcy Neilsen, Derek (Lori) Coffman and Jay (Norma) Coffman; grandchildren, Sean "Bubs" Martinez, Taylor "Baby Cakes" Coffman and Jade "Chicky Birdie" Coffman; brothers, Jan Fouke and Gary Fouke; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Pat and Dick Fry, Jennie Salm and Sue Alfaro. Predeceased by parents. Arrangements by Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Road, Machesney Park.
