Brenda Sue Agee, 65, passed away November 30, 2011. Brenda is survived by her husband, William F. Agee; two sons, Brad (Deb) Agee and Mike (Melissa) Agee; daughter, Jill (Greg) Thornhill; eight grand-children, Sarah, Matt, Seth, Jessica, Nikki and Stevie Agee as well as Mackenzie and Madison Thornhill; mother, Bessie Nagy; brother, Steve (Dawn) Nagy; and sister, Bev (Terry) Szydlowski. She was predeceased by her father, Steve Nagy. She was happily married to her husband, Bill Agee for over 46 years. She did everything with a smile on her face and commonly singing or humming a tune throughout the house. Brenda was a Nurse's Aide at Fairway Pines caring for the elderly for 10 years. Her greatest love was children. She had the pleasure of babysitting many children whom she loved as her own for over 10 years. Brenda had a gift in the way she loved people. Brenda suffered from Multiple Myeloma Cancer for five years. Having cancer did not stop her from living a happy life and living each day to the fullest. She cried for others that suffered from cancer and never was concerned with her own battle. It was most important for her in her final days to nurture and relieve her own family's grief and sadness. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 10 in celebration of her life where family and friends will gather at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1178 Lakeview Drive, Sebring, Fla., where she was a member for over 40 years. Immediately following the gathering, there will be a luncheon in the church's hall. Brenda wanted all of her family and friends to remember the joyous happy times with her and to leave behind the sadness. These loving memories should be shared by family and friends to comfort each other during the gathering. Brenda will always be in our hearts. Found beside her bed side where she passed away she left this prayer for her family to find. "GOD OUR FATHER, WALK THROUGH MY HOUSE AND TAKE AWAY ALL MY WORRIES AND ILLNESSES; AND PLEASE WATCH OVER AND HEAL MY FAMILY IN JESUS NAME. AMEN." Funeral arrangements were taken care of by Dowden Funeral Home. "Loving Memories Last Forever".
