Our Father served his country in the US Army (Korean War) and retired from the Army National Guard after 27 years at the rank of Sergeant. He is survived by his loving wife Velia of 53 years and his seven children; Yvonne, Pete Jr., David (Margaret), Robert (Veronica), Rose Ann Esparza, Olivia Salinas(Paul), Sylvia Martinez (Jose); 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; his 4 sisters; Inez Esparza, Lois Aguirre, Isabel Sakawatewa, Pauline Arredondo, and 3 brothers; Cayetano, Santiago, and Francisco. Pete will be reunited with his parents Francisco and Franoisea, sister Juanita Nunez. Dad, you will always be in our hearts, we will never forget what a wonderful father you were, and a hard worker. rest in peace. We love you.
