Son of the late Lorenzo J. Sr. and Matilda (Casey) Milliard
He was a materials inspector for the Lynch & Sons Construction Co. in Lincoln 9 years retiring in 1991. Before that he was a technician in the materials lab for the RI Dept. of Public Works Roads & Bridges Department 33 years until 1982. He lived most of his life in Burrillville. WW11 Army Air Corps Veteran. Member of the Berard-Desjarlais Post 88 American Legion Post in Nasonville.
