Children are Oscar F. McLaughlin (1852-xxxx), Lizzy J. McLaughlin (1854-xxxx), Ella A. McLaughlin (1856-xxxx), Amanda M. McLaughlin (1858-xxxx) and Charles L. McLaughlin (1860-xxxx). After Nancy's death James married Lavina A. Sedwick (1840-1918) on 2-16-1864 in Mercer Co., Ill.
Children are Margaret Ann McLaughlin Wray (1866-1957), Theodora McLaughlin (1879-1944) and Fred Roy McLaughlin (1881-1969).
