Anna Lea Ashley, 80, of Bismarck, Ark., died Sept 11, 2012 in Hot Springs.

Anna was born April 22, 1932, in Mountain View to Aadron Anthony and Susie (Kemp) Balentine. She was of the Assembly of God faith, a homemaker, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Sterling Ashley; three sisters, Lillie Gammill, Eathel Treat, and Eunice Lawrence; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Judy Breshears Wynn, and one son, Tony Wynn; four brothers, Anthony Balentine, Codie Balentine, OD Balentine, and Leodia Balentine; and three sisters, Gladyous Balentine, Opal Ramsey, and Letha Lee.

Funeral service was Sept. 15 at the Bethany Missionary Baptist Church in Onia, with Gary Don Fletcher officiating. Burial followed in Pordue Cemetery at Onia.
Pallbearers were Troy Ashley, Pete Woodall, Duane Cowell, Larry Gammill, Larry James Gammill, and Tony Davis.
