KILLED IN ACTION
Private First Class Cecil C. Blackburn, 22, son of Mrs. Rosa Blackburn of Lambsburg, Va., was killed in action in Germany March 11, according to a message received by his mother from the War Department. He entered service March 15, 1943 and received his training in New York and had served in North Africa, England, France, Belgium and Germany.
