MADISON - Pam died suddenly at the age of 45, on Wednesday, June 20, 2007. Pam was born in Superior, Wis., Oct. 2, 1961.

She grew up in Madison and was a graduate of La Follette High School. Pam worked at St. Mary's Hospital. She was a member of Arbor Covenant Church. Pam married Jeff Mathews on Sept. 5, 1998. She was a loving mother of her son, Ryne and a devoted and caring wife to her husband, Jeff. Pam enjoyed being with her family, friends and bowling.

Pam will be dearly missed by all of her family: her mother, Jeannette Levin; brothers, Skip (Cindy) Levin, Tague (Dianne) Levin; sisters, Sue (John) Pecotte, Pat (Doug) Matzke, Candice (Mike) Hojan, Cindy (Bob) Roets, Deb Levin and Marijo (Dan) Kessenich. Pam will also be missed by all of her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and countless friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Randolph Levin and her maternal and paternal Grandparents.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at ARBOR COVENANT CHURCH, 2509 McDivitt Road, Madison. The service will be officiated by Pastors Jim and Cathy Stanley-Erickson.
